Fourth Annual Guyana–Monaco Mousetrap Car Grand Prix Competition 2026

Congratulations to our Robotic club for gaining 1st place in the Innovation Category of the Mousetrap Car competition!
On February 26, 2026, our students competed in the Fourth Annual Guyana–Monaco Mousetrap Car Grand Prix Competition 2026.
Coordinated by SBM Offshore Guyana, the competition challenged secondary school students to design and build race cars powered solely by the original mousetrap trigger mechanism.

Marian Run 2026

On the morning of January 26th, 2026, we had the Marian Run.

We thank our students, teachers and parents for the participation, support and presence.
Our students are taught to celebrate effort more than victory and to carry the Marian values of integrity, perseverance, and teamwork both on and off the track.
We congratulate all participants!
Our Champion Girl is Haley Haberkorn who retained her title and Our Champion Boy is Lucas Pinol.

Rodrigues strikes Gold again

Guyanese swimmer Ariel Rodrigues continued her dominant showing at the ASATT Invitational Meet in Trinidad and Tobago, capturing her third gold medal on Sunday with victory in the girls’ 100m backstroke.
Rodrigues touched the wall in a new national record time of 1minute 09.71 seconds, shaving nearly two seconds off the previous mark of 1 minute 11.49 seconds to secure the top spot on the podium.

MARIAN BOYS CHESS TEAM - 2nd Place, Open Category
Top scorers Micaiah Enoe and Alek Ubaldo-Singh both achieved 4 out of 5 points, alongside teammates Joseph Prendergast and Aiden Tinnie.

MARIAN GIRLS CHESS TEAM - 3rd Place, Girls' Category
Led by top scorer Angelina Yhap with 3.5 out of 5 points, together with Kristin Xavier, Tharisha Montes De Oca, and Bianca Jessimy.
